Allen Ferris, Founder

Allen brings more than 35 years of experience in promotional product manufacturing, marketing and new product development. A lifetime entrepreneur, Allen co-founded one of the industry’s most venerated and successful manufacturing companies, BTS Solid Brass Specialties…a technically advanced provider of high end recognition products to Fortune 500 companies.

After the acquisition of BTS by Norwood Promotional Products in 1995, Allen co-developed a unique product line featuring art glass awards that uniquely integrated fine art into corporate gift giving.

In 2002, AIA Creative Marketing was founded as an “idea rich” source for branded merchandise. Working from our two offices at Lake Tahoe, NV and Bainbridge Island, WA, with North American corporate clients, we focus on brand building ideas, value sourcing and all aspects of product flow allowing for timely delivery that strengthens our clients marketing efforts.

Allen is a past founding board member of the now highly recognized Red, White and Tahoe Blue annual July 4th celebration honoring our veterans, and is now an active board member of Bainbridge Youth Services. Vince DeCarolis

Vince DeCarolis, Visionary

Vince brings more than 30 year experience in marketing, advertising and promotional products to the Creative Marketing team. During his career Vince has founded and co-founded numerous successful businesses, beginning with Cubegraphics in 1980. Cubegraphics specialized in offset and screen printing promotional products.

After the acquisition of Cubegraphics by Norwood Promotional Products in 1987, Vince co-founded Performance Marketing Group, conducting seminars throughout the US on sales training and lead generation techniques.

In 1991, DeCarolis & Vogel was founded, becoming DeCarolis Design & Marketing in 1996. DDM grew to become one of the premiere Business-to-Business Advertising Agencies in the country. Mirroring the growth of Silicon Valley, DDM helped a wide variety of companies from enterprise to start-up, in developing a complete range of effective marketing assets.

Throughout its 23 year history DDM worked with Cisco Systems, Oracle, VMware, Synaptics and many others, providing strategic leadership on advertising campagns and marketing materials. Among many awards, DDM was named to Ad Age’s list of the best B-to-B agencies from 2008 through 2014. In 2014, DDM was sold, becoming Decca Design.

Vince serves on the Board of Directors of the Stroke Awareness Foundation, on the Advisory Board of Prevendra, Inc. and is an active member of the San Jose Downtown Association.
